Renting

If you wish to rent your holiday home we provide agency services and find holidaymakers interested in renting your property.

The booking service (finding guests for your apartment) will be available all the time your apartment is not rented for the price of 15%. Guaranteed booking is not available. The customer will be contacted if there are any guests interested in their apartment before renting it. If the customer cannot be reached within 1 hour, the apartment will be rented (in case guests want to rent the apartment immediately), according to the agreement with the customer.

In addition to that, we provide booking services – we use your advertisements to manage bookings for your property. Booking services include booking your apartment by using your web sites and your advertisements.
